Payment Options:

Online payments can usually be made via net banking, debit cards, credit cards, UPI, or wallet balance.

Timely Payment:

Residents are responsible for ensuring that Maintenance are deposited on time.

Data Collection and Usage:

Builder Firm collect necessary information like phone number and email id details for processing the maintenance charges. This data is used solely for payment purposes and is not shared with third parties.

Data Security:

Privacy policies emphasise the use of secured payment gateways and encryption to protect sensitive information during online transactions.

Compliance with Regulations:

Privacy policies are designed to comply with relevant data protection laws and regulations.

User Consent:

Users are generally required to agree to the privacy policy before making online payments.

Third-Party Access:

Privacy policies often state that user data is not shared with third-party companies for marketing or other purposes without explicit consent.

Refund, if applicable, may take 30-45 days to process, depending on the issuing bank's policies.

If double payment is made, the SSM Builder Firm usually requires a refund request to be made within a specific time frame and the same shall be processed offline rather than online.

Once the Maintenance payment is made online, there is typically no option to cancel it.
